David came to Pacific Spirit Travel with a wealth of knowledge from many years in the inbound industry. Having worked for All Pacific Travel Concepts, Finesse South Pacific, Go Pacific Tours and Down Under Destinations, David has diverse experience managing both group and VIP FIT programs for different cultures from around the world. He is particularly skilled in negotiation and is very customer service focused.

Jérôme Roustan

Jérôme is multi-talented with diverse skills managing the French Speaking Business Development as well as senior account management in our FIT department. Jérôme has a Batchelor of Commerce from France, worked in the hospitality industry and then discovered inbound. He had 5 years at JCM Destination prior to joining the Pacific Spirit team. He is a native French speaker and has extensive product knowledge across Australia and New Zealand.  He also has an avid interest in technology and is the creator of our website and overseas our IT requirements.

Ilda Casey

Ilda has been with Pacific Spirit for 6 years, bringing to the organisation a wealth of experience and passion in dealing with the Latin-American markets from her former positions at Thomas Cook, Finesse South Pacific and Southern World Vacations. Renowned for her dedication and attention to detail, Ilda loves customising itineraries to suit individual needs and is a talented linguist speaking fluent Spanish, Portuguese and conversational Italian. 

Caroline Lelarge

Caroline has 15 years experience in selling Australia as an Aussie Specialist in France, managing the offices of Objectif Australie and later on Australie à la Carte in Lyon. Caroline is a native French Speaker, who has a passion to tailor make itineraries to ensure clients thoroughly enjoy their own unique experience of Australia.
